Love Beaufort, Parris Island, Fripp Island, weddings, Harbor Island, Dataw Getaway and the location! This beautiful home is minutes from Parris Island Marine Corp Base, 7 miles from Beaufort Bay Street Waterfront Park & Marina, 12 minutes from Hunting Island Beach, 50 minutes from Hilton Head Island and between Charleston S.C. and Savannah Ga.. Newly furnished and fully equip kitchen available for your enjoyment. This one-story ranch home has an upscale look with high ceilings, wood floors with a open floor plan. The floor plan has a large open living room , dining area and eat-in kitchen. Also the entry level is a guest bath and access from the kitchen to the large outdoor deck and barbecue. The kitchen is completely equipped for gourmet cooking and dining. The master bedrooms is private bath that include shower/tub combinations. The bedrooms overlook the private courtyard. The washer/dryer is conveniently located on the in a common area. There is parking for six (6) vehicles located directly outside the gated private courtyard. This unique ranch house is available for your vacationing pleasure, family reunions, Parris Island USMC graduations. . Lastly we are pleased to say we are within walking historical sites such as Penn Center.
We are also centrally located to the following local attractions: downtown Beaufort (7 miles, Hunting Island Public Beach (10 miles/15 minutes); Tanger outlets in Bluffton /Hilton Head (26 miles/40 minutes); downtown Savannah (48 miles/50 minutes); and downtown Charleston. For our local military and their families who may be celebrating graduations, pre-deployment leave or just a routine visit we are 14 miles from Parris Island Marine Corp Base (16 minutes) and 5 miles from the Marine Corps Air Station (16 minutes). The St. Helena Island House is ideally located on the water just minutes from historic Beaufort, South Carolina and within an hour’s drive of Hilton Head Island and Charleston, South Carolina as well as Savannah, Georgia.
There is a Wal-Mart, Publix located on near by Lady's Island as well as several stores, great restaurants, fast food places, golf courses, boot marina shops just over the bridge.
This fully furnished short-term rental is available for a several weeks or up to two months. This home will sleep up to 14 persons comfortably. Snow Birds are welcome.

Summary: House was perfect for our stay! Greeted in the huge kitchen with a dozen fresh roses it just continued to surprise and satisfy. My family came from all over the country to celebrate my sons graduation and we had 13 people staying in the house. The rooms were brilliantly situated with plenty of bathrooms so it provided everyone with privacy! Beautiful property and a grill! Highly highly recommend this place.

Summary: Al was super accommodating and responsive to all our needs. This was a perfect home for larger families with tons of room and parking.. we had a memorable weekend with our family and convenient access to everything nearby.

Summary: If we only rated this on the overall stay, it would be 4-5 stars after a rough start. It took forever to get the code to the house and once we did get in the house was filthy. We don't mean a little dirt on the counter or dishes in the sink, we mean bathrooms that someone was clearly sick in, wet areas on bedspreads soaking to sheets, rugs and floors that were so dirty we questioned walking on even with shoes. After a few texts and pictures sent the owner who said someone would be out in the morning, got a cleaner there within the hour. We left the house, came back 5 hours later and the house was spotless.

Summary: We rented this beautiful home when our son graduated from Marine Boot Camp, Parris Island, SC. From the dozen roses in a vase from the owner, to the spacious accommodations for our family, the house was just amazing. The house is located 20 minutes from Parris Island and was in a perfect location. The owner even sent back my sister in law’s Kindle which she left in her bedroom. No questions asked, the owner sent it back to us. That’s a great host.

Summary: The house was comfortable, the description needs to mention that two bathrooms are jack & jill for planning purposes. We had 5 couples and the house was comfortable for all. Nice deck and loved the kitchen island!!
